installation work. KSG's line technicians consist of Certified and Master Electricians as well as

experienced construction personne whose expertse is especiallv we unized on the larder and unity scale ground mount projects. On the construction side of Solar, worker and site satety are of utmost

importance. All KSG worksites are staffed with OSHA trained safety personnel. The Company also has extensive experience hiring and training of local workers and bringing new career opportunities to inexperienced and possibly remote labor pools in the forward looking and environmentally beneficial arena of Solar Installation. The Company also has long experience working collaboratively with PV Svstem stakeholders including Facility Owners, Managers, investors, Utilities

local municipal Building Departments, and other governmental agencies and bodies.
